Support Shepherd’s Gate, Battered Women’s Shelter by Purchasing a Mini Studio Session

Purchase a mini studio Family Portrait session for $50 with either Livermore’s ultra-spective or Brentwood’s Gardner Photography and they will donate the entire $50 to Shepherd’s Gate. Along with the charitable session, clients will also receive a mini 8”x10” fine art piece as a special thank you.

Shepherd’s Gate has earned a reputation for rebuilding shattered lives. Since 1984, we have provided Christ-centered services and housing to over 9,000 battered and homeless women and children. We provide a safe haven for women and their children who are homeless because of abusive relationships, addictions, loss of financial support and other factors.

All services at Shepherd’s Gate are provided to anyone regardless of race, age, religion, color, creed, national origin, disability, marital status, or veteran status. We operate two campuses, one in Livermore, CA and one in Brentwood, CA.

The event is one day only and takes place on Saturday, September 18, 2010. Each session will be approximately 10-15 minutes. The session can be for familes, couples, singles or just the kids or baby. Please contact the Studio nearest you for more details and to sign up for a spot.

We know how how important hiring a QUALITY Wedding Photographer is. The flowers fade, the dresses go back in the closet and the cake gets eaten, but the photos will last forever. It is important that you hire a photographer that is experienced, knowledgeable of all conditions, has the correct equipment and can capture romance and story of the day. The problem is that these photographers are expensive. Because of their experience, skill, equipment and style, they are in high demand. There are photographers out there that will shoot you wedding for $1500, $1000, or even $500. But, I GUARANTEE they charge that much because they can't charge more. WEDDING | Wil & Maria

Wil called us to shoot his wedding only 3 weeks prior to the big day. Luckily, we were actually available! Wil & Maria are such a fun couple and we had so much fun shooting with them. This was a traditional Afghan wedding in Fremont California at the Diamond Palace, accompanied by only 750 of their closest friends & family. Yes, 750, give or take a few. The hall was beautifully designed with many details and the guests came dressed in their best dresses and suits. Wil & Maria came by the Studio a few weeks after the wedding for an extra Bridal Portrait Session. Please enjoy the images below from both shoots!

Wil & Maria are always known to their friends for eating fast food. They said it seems like they always are munching on fries or a burger. So why were we not surprised when they showed up at our studio with some?! We definitely had to include it in the shoot.
